INGREDIENTS

  • 15    squares graham crackers
  • 1  (8-ounce)   package cream cheese, softened
  • 3  cups   milk
  • 1  (4-serving size)   package ROYAL Instant Vanilla Pudding & Pie Filling
  • 2  cups   heavy cream, whipped and divided
  • 1/3  cup   toasted flaked coconut
  •     Fresh blueberries and raspberries, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. Arrange crackers in even layer on bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan, cutting to fit if necessary; set aside.
  2. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until smooth; gradually blend in milk. Add pudding mix; beat for 1 minute. Fold in half the whipped cream.
  3. Spread pudding mixture in prepared pan. Spread remaining whipped cream over pudding layer. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Sprinkle with coconut. Cut into squares to serve. Garnish with fruit pieces if desired.
