EASY CREME BRULEE
Bananas add a new twist to this favorite French dessert.

Makes 4 to 6 servings
vanilla wafers, coarsely broken
bananas, sliced (about 2 cups)
package ROYAL Vanilla Pudding & Pie Filling
packed brown sugar
- Place wafer pieces on bottom of 1 1/2-quart shallow heatproof dish. Top with banana slices; set aside.
- Cook pudding according to package directions using milk; pour evenly over bananas. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or until set.
- Evenly sprinkle sugar over pudding*; broil for 3 to 5 minutes of until sugar is melted and slightly browned. Serve immediately.
- *Sugar can be placed in a strainer and, using the back of a wooden spoon, pressed through strainer to top pudding evenly.
