A baked cookie pie crust is filled with pudding and topped with pear slices.

Tea biscuits, finely crushed
margarine or butter, melted
package instant vanilla pudding & pie filling
can sliced pears in juice, well drained
Additional ground cinnamon and fresh mint sprig, for garnish
- Mix cookie crumbs, sugar and margarine or butter. Press firmly on bottom and side of 9-inch tart pan with removable bottom or springform pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack.
- Prepare pudding according to package directions using milk and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Top with pear slices in decorative pattern; sprinkle with additional cinnamon and top with mint sprig for garnish. Refrigerate until serving time.
