  • 1    (9-ounce) package breakfast cookies, divided
  • 6  tablespoons   margarine or butter, melted
  • 2    (4-serving size) packages ROYAL Instant Chocolate Pudding & Pie Filling
  • 2  cups   milk
  • 2  cups   prepared whipped topping
  •     Additional whipped topping and chocolate shavings, for garnish


  1. Finely crush 6 cookies in food processor or plastic bag; reserve remaining 6 cookies.
  2. Mix cookie crumbs and margarine or butter; press on bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Stand remaining 6 cookies on long edge around side of pan, top-side facing out; refrigerate.
  3. Prepare pudding according to directions using milk; fold in whipped topping. Spread into prepared crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  4. Garnish with additional whipped cream and chocolate shavings if desired. Cut into wedges to serve.
