PISTACHIO SHEET CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1    (18 1/2-ounce) yellow cake mix
  • 1    (4-serving size) package ROYAL Instant Pistachio Pudding & Pie Filling
  • 4    eggs
  • 1  cup   sour cream
  • 1/2  cup   water
  •     Powdered sugar
  •     Ice cream and chocolate sauce, optional

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend cake mix, pudding, eggs, sour cream and water in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed just until combined. Increase speed to medium; beat 4 minutes more. Pour batter into greased and floured 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly roll pan, spre
