(18 1/2-ounce) yellow cake mix
(4-serving size) package ROYAL Instant Pistachio Pudding & Pie Filling
Ice cream and chocolate sauce, optional
- Blend cake mix, pudding, eggs, sour cream and water in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed just until combined. Increase speed to medium; beat 4 minutes more. Pour batter into greased and floured 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly roll pan, spre
- ading evenly to edges.
- Bake at 375°F about 25 minutes or until done. Cool in pan on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Cut in squares to serve. Top with ice cream and chocolate sauce if desired.
