(4-serving size) package ROYAL SugarFree Strawberry Banana* Gelatin
fresh or canned fruit pieces, divided***
reduced calorie whipped topping
* May substitute another fruit flavor such as orange or strawberry
** Do not substitute freshly grated ginger root
*** Do not use fresh or frozen pineapple, kiwi fruit, mango or papaya.
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water and ginger. Chill until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Mix 1 1/2 cups gelatin into 2 cups fruit. Spoon into 4 (8-ounce) parfait glasses or a 1 quart bowl. Fold whipped topping into remaining gelatin. Spoon over fruit layer.
- Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Garnish with remaining fruit.
