  • 1    (4-serving size) package ROYAL SugarFree Strawberry Banana* Gelatin
  • 1  cup   boiling water
  • 1  cup   cold water
  • 1/2  teaspoon   ground ginger**
  • 2 1/2  cups   fresh or canned fruit pieces, divided***
  • 1/2  cup   reduced calorie whipped topping
  •     * May substitute another fruit flavor such as orange or strawberry
  •     ** Do not substitute freshly grated ginger root
  •     *** Do not use fresh or frozen pineapple, kiwi fruit, mango or papaya.


  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water and ginger. Chill until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
  2. Mix 1 1/2 cups gelatin into 2 cups fruit. Spoon into 4 (8-ounce) parfait glasses or a 1 quart bowl. Fold whipped topping into remaining gelatin. Spoon over fruit layer.
  3. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Garnish with remaining fruit.
