PEACHY COOL SOUP
Use your blender to bring a taste of summer to the table when you whip up this cool and creamy peach soup.

Makes about 4 cups
(4-serving size) package ROYAL Instant Vanilla Pudding & Pie Filling
can sliced peaches in light syrup, undrained and chilled
grated lemon or orange peel
container sour cream or plain yogurt
to 2 tablespoons almond-flavored liqueur, optional
- Blend pudding mix and milk in electric blender container at low speed 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients; blend until smooth.
- Pour into bowls to serve immediately or cover and chill until serving time. (Thin to desired consistency with additional milk if necessary.)
- STRAWBERRY SOUP: Increase milk to 2 1/2 cups and substitute 1 (10-ounce) package frozen strawberries in light syrup for peaches.
Serving Suggestion: Prepare peach and strawberry soups
- and pour simultaneously into each serving bowl to swirl.
