PUDDING-IN-A-MUG FLOAT

Use your microwave to make these warm pudding floats with ice cream.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1    (4-serving size) package ROYAL Pudding & Pie Filling, any flavor
  • 2  cups   milk
  • 2  cups   ice cream, any flavor
  •     Chocolate chips, chopped nuts, flaked coconut or colored sprinkles, optional

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend pudding mix and milk in 1-quart measuring cup. Pour into 4 (8-ounce) microwavable paper hot cups or mugs. Arrange cups in a circle in microwave.
  2. Microwave at HIGH (100%) power for 4 to 5 minutes until pudding mixture is thickened, stirring every 2 minutes. Stir; cool slightly.
  3. Top with ice cream, chips, nuts, coconut or colored sprinkles if desired. Serve immediately.
