ROCKY ROAD PIE (RIP)
Walnuts and marshmallows with chocolate pie filling make a delicious pie topped with whipped cream.

graham crackers, finely crushed (about 1 1/4 cups crumbs)
margarine or butter, melted
(4-serving size) package instant chocolate pudding & pie filling
heavy cream, whipped, divided
Walnuts, chopped, divided
- Mix crumbs, sugar and margarine or butter in small bowl; press on bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Set aside.
- Prepare pudding mix according to package directions for pie using milk; let stand 2 minutes. Fold in half the whipped cream, marshmallows and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
- Pour into prepared crust; refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve garnished with remaining whipped cream and chopped walnuts.
