INGREDIENTS

  • 1    (4-serving size) package ROYAL SugarFree Raspberry Gelatin
  • 3/4  cup   boiling water
  • 1 1/2  cups   orange juice
  • 1/2  cup   cold water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in 1-quart metal bowl. Stir in orange juice and cold water. Cover; freeze until mixture is frozen around edges, about 1 hour.
  2. Remove from freezer. Beat on low speed of electric mixer until smooth. Return bowl to freezer; freeze 1 hour. Repeat beating process. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
