- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in medium bowl; refrigerate until slightly thickened.
- Prepare pudding according to package directions using milk. Stir prepared pudding and whipped topping into thickened gelatin.
- Spoon mixture into 10 (2 1/2-inch) muffin-pan cups that have been lined with foil baking cups. Place chocolate wafer in each cup. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
- Remove from foil cups; place on plates and decorate as desired with icing and candy.
