WELLESLEY FUDGE

Smooth marshmallow lends extra creaminess to this simple stovetop milk chocolate fudge.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2    (4-serving size) packages ROYAL Dark 'N Sweet Chocolate Pudding & Pie Filling
  • 2/3  cup   milk
  • 1/2  cup   margarine or butter
  • 1  teaspoon   vanilla extract
  • 1  (16-ounce)   package powdered sugar, sifted
  • 2  cups   Miniature Marshmallows

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend pudding mix and milk in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add margarine or butter, stirring until melted. Heat mixture just to a boil; remove from heat.
  2. Stir in vanilla and powdered sugar, beating until smooth. Add marshmallows. Spread into lightly greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan; cool.
  3. Chill until firm. Cut into squares to serve.
