Makes 8 servings
(4-serving size) packages ROYAL Cherry Gelatin, divided*
boiling water, divided
fresh or canned pear slices
container plain yogurt
pound cake cubes
Prepared whipped topping, for garnish
- Dissolve 1 package gelatin in 1 cup boiling water; stir in cold water. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Arrange apple and pear slices in bottom of 6-cup ring mold. Spoon gelatin over fruit; set aside.
- Dissolve remaining gelatin in remaining boiling water; stir in yogurt. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Stir in cake cubes. Spoon mixture over clear gelatin layer. Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours. Unmold onto serving dish to serve.
- * 2 (4-serving size) packages SugarFree ROYAL Cherry Gelatin may be substituted.
