  • 2    (4-serving size) packages ROYAL Cherry Gelatin, divided*
  • 2  cups   boiling water, divided
  • 3/4  cup   cold water
  • 1/4  cup   apple slices
  • 1/4  cup   fresh or canned pear slices
  • 1  (8-ounce)   container plain yogurt
  • 1  cup   pound cake cubes
  •     Prepared whipped topping, for garnish


  1. Dissolve 1 package gelatin in 1 cup boiling water; stir in cold water. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Arrange apple and pear slices in bottom of 6-cup ring mold. Spoon gelatin over fruit; set aside.
  2. Dissolve remaining gelatin in remaining boiling water; stir in yogurt. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Stir in cake cubes. Spoon mixture over clear gelatin layer. Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours. Unmold onto serving dish to serve.
  3. * 2 (4-serving size) packages SugarFree ROYAL Cherry Gelatin may be substituted.
