  • 2  (16-ounce)   cans sliced peaches, drained
  • 1/2  cup   seedless raisins
  • 1/2  cup   all-purpose flour
  • 1/2  cup   quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2  cup   packed light brown sugar
  • 1  teaspoon   ground cinnamon
  • 1/3  cup   margarine or butter, softened
  • 1    (4-serving size) package ROYAL Vanilla Pudding & Pie Filling
  • 1  cup   heavy cream
  • 2  tablespoons   brandy, optional
  • 1    (4-serving size) package ROYAL Vanilla Pudding & Pie Filling


  1. Arrange peaches and raisins in 9-inch pie plate; set aside.
  2. Mix flour, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon in small bowl; cut in margarine or butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle crumb mixture over fruit. Bake at 375┬░F for 30 minutes.
  3. Cook pudding and heavy cream in small saucepan over medium-high heat stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Remove from heat; stir in brandy if desired.
  4. Spoon cobbler into serving dishes; top with warm pudding sauce.
