STRAWBERRY CREAM STARS
Vanilla pudding gets an infusion of fruit flavor and color when combined with strawberry gelatin and finished with blueberry sauce.

(4-serving size) package ROYAL Strawberry Gelatin
cold water, divided
(4-serving size) package ROYAL Instant Vanilla Pudding & Pie Filling
prepared whipped topping, divided
fresh or frozen blueberries
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in small bowl; stir in 1/2 cup cold water. Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
- Prepare pudding according to package directions using milk. Fold thickened gelatin and 1/2 cup whipped topping into prepared pudding. Pour into 5 (4-ounce) star molds. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
- Combine blueberries, remaining water and cornstarch in small saucepan until blended. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens and boils; cool.
- Unmold gelatin onto individual serving plates. Top with blueberry sauce and remaining whipped topping.
