Individual sponge cakes become elegant desserts when you top them with this delicious cream cheese filling and fresh strawberries.

Makes 6 servings
(4-serving size) package MY*T*FINE Lemon Pudding and Pie Filling
package cream cheese, cubed and softened
sponge cake dessert shells
Strawberry halves, for garnish
- Blend pudding, sugar and 1/4 cup water in saucepan.
- Stir in egg yolks, remaining water and cream cheese. Cook according to package directions (cream cheese will melt).
- Pour into bowl. Cover pudding surface directly with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 hours.
- Spoon over dessert shells and refrigerate until serving time.
- Garnish with strawberry halves to serve.
