Sliced Almonds, toasted, divided
Prepared whipped topping, for garnish
- Prepare pudding according to package directions using milk. Cool slightly; stir in sour cream and almond extract.
- Reserve 1 tablespoon almonds; stir remaining almonds into pudding and spoon into dessert dishes. Refrigerate 2 hours.
- Garnish with whipped topping and reserved almonds to serve.
