SWISS VANILLA DESSERT

A cool dessert of pudding with almonds and whipped topping chilled to perfection.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1    (4-serving size) package MY*T*FINE Vanilla Pudding and Pie Filling
  • 1 2/3  cups   milk
  • 1/3  cup   sour cream
  • 1/4  teaspoon   almond extract
  • 1/2  cup   Sliced Almonds, toasted, divided
  •     Prepared whipped topping, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare pudding according to package directions using milk. Cool slightly; stir in sour cream and almond extract.
  2. Reserve 1 tablespoon almonds; stir remaining almonds into pudding and spoon into dessert dishes. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  3. Garnish with whipped topping and reserved almonds to serve.
