NAPA VALLEY MOLD

INGREDIENTS

  • 2    (4-serving size) packages ROYAL Raspberry Gelatin*
  • 1 1/4  cups   boiling water
  • 2  cups   Sauterne or other sweet white wine
  • 1 1/2  cups   seedless green grapes, halved
  •     Seedless green grape clusters, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in wine. Refrigerate until slightly thickened, about 2 hours.
  2. Stir in grape halves; spoon into 4-cup ring mold. Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.
  3. Unmold onto serving plate; garnish with grape clusters if desired.
