Elegant crepes are the perfect finish for Presidents' Day or any day when they're filled with this delectable combination of mocha-flavored pudding and Mandarin oranges.

Makes 4 crepes


  • 1    egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2  cup   milk
  • 1/3  cup   all-purpose flour
  • 1  tablespoon   sugar
  • 1    (4-serving size) package ROYAL Instant Chocolate Pudding & Pie Filling
  • 2  cups   heavy cream
  • 1  teaspoon   instant coffee granules
  • 1/2  cup   chopped orange segments, optional
  •     orange slices, for garnish
  • 1/4  cup   semisweet chocolate chips, melted


  1. Blend egg, milk, flour and sugar in small bowl.
  2. Heat lightly greased 7-inch skillet over medium-high heat; spoon in scant 1/4 cup batter, tilting pan to cover bottom. Cook 1 to 2 minutes; turn and cook 30 seconds to 1 minute more. Place on waxed paper; repeat to make a total of 4 crepes.
  3. Beat pudding, heavy cream and instant coffee granules in small bowl with electric mixer on low speed for 2 minutes. Stir in orange segments if desired.
  4. Spoon mixture down center of each crepe; roll up. Arrange on individual serving plates lined with orange slices. Drizzle chocolate over crepes. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
