ORANGE CREAM DESSERT

Bursting with tangy mandarin oranges, this creamy pudding dessert is a beautiful addition to spring and summer tables.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2    (4-serving size) packages ROYAL Orange Gelatin
  • 1  cup   boiling water
  • 1/2  cup   cold water
  • 2    (4-serving size) packages ROYAL Instant Vanilla Pudding & Pie Filling
  • 2  cups   cold milk
  • 2    (11-ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained, divided
  • 2  cups   prepared whipped topping, divided

DIRECTIONS

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water. Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
  2. Prepare pudding according to package directions using milk. Reserve 5 mandarin oranges for garnish. Fold remaining mandarin oranges, thickened gelatin and 1 cup whipped topping into prepared pudding.
  3. Pour into 6-cup ring mold. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
  4. Unmold onto serving plate. Spoon remaining whipped topping in center of ring. Garnish with reserved mandarin oranges.
