graham cracker crumbs
margarine or butter, melted
(4-serving size) packages ROYAL Instant Vanilla or Chocolate Pudding & Pie Filling
can crushed pineapple, drained
Prepared whipped topping, for garnish
Maraschino cherries, halved, for garnish
- Mix coconut, graham cracker crumbs and margarine or butter in bowl. Press on bottom and side of 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 325°F for 10 minutes; cool.
- Prepare pudding mix according to package directions for pie using milk and sour cream.
- Fold in pineapple and marshmallows; spoon in prepared crust. Chill for at least 1 hour.
- Garnish with whipped topping and maraschino cherry halves to serve.
