  • 1 1/2  cups   shredded coconut
  • 3/4  cup   graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3  cup   margarine or butter, melted
  • 2    (4-serving size) packages ROYAL Instant Vanilla or Chocolate Pudding & Pie Filling
  • 2  cups   cold milk
  • 1  cup   sour cream
  • 1  (8-ounce)   can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3/4  cup   Miniature Marshmallows
  •     Prepared whipped topping, for garnish
  •     Maraschino cherries, halved, for garnish


  1. Mix coconut, graham cracker crumbs and margarine or butter in bowl. Press on bottom and side of 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 325┬░F for 10 minutes; cool.
  2. Prepare pudding mix according to package directions for pie using milk and sour cream.
  3. Fold in pineapple and marshmallows; spoon in prepared crust. Chill for at least 1 hour.
  4. Garnish with whipped topping and maraschino cherry halves to serve.
