TWO-TONE FRUIT PIE
This colorful pie begins with a tasty graham cracker crust, and finishes with the fresh taste of strawberries and rich sour cream.

graham cracker crumbs
margarine or butter, melted
(4-serving size) packages ROYAL Strawberry Gelatin
Prepared whipped topping, strawberry slices and blueberries, for garnish
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine or butter; press on bottom and side of 9-inch pie plate. Set aside.
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Blend 3/4 cup dissolved gelatin with sour cream; refrigerate for 20 minutes. Spoon into prepared crust; refrigerate.
- Stir cold water into remaining dissolved gelatin; refrigerate until thickened, about 20 minutes. Carefully spoon over sour cream layer. Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours. Serve garnished with whipped topping and fruit.
