CARAMEL CREAM PARFAIT

An easy, rich dessert with crunchy pecans and caramel, begun on the stovetop and chilled to a creamy finish.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1    (4-serving size) package ROYAL Vanilla Pudding & Pie Filling
  • 1  cup   milk
  • 1/2  cup   caramels (about 10)
  • 3/4  cup   heavy cream, whipped, divided
  • 1  cup   Pecan Pieces, toasted

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook and stir pudding, milk and caramels in saucepan over medium high heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
  2. Pour into bowl; place waxed paper or plastic wrap directly on pudding. Chill at least 2 hours.
  3. Fold 1 cup whipped cream into prepared pudding. Layer pudding mixture and pecans into 4 (6-ounce) parfait glasses. Garnish with remaining whipped cream.
