With fresh strawberries and a hint of cinnamon, this chilled soup adds a cool touch to summertime meals and picnics.

(4-serving size) package ROYAL Strawberry Gelatin
Assorted drained canned fruits, liquid reserved
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cardamom and cinnamon stick.
- Add enough cold water to reserved fruit liquid to equal 3 cups; add to gelatin mixture. Stir in fruits.
- Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. Remove cinnamon stick. Serve in chilled bowls.
